Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items purchased online or in-store.
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review the issue promptly to provide a suitable resolution.
Orders are processed within 24–72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) may be processed the same day.
We currently ship within Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We aim to keep inventory as accurate as possible. If a product becomes unavailable, pre-order or waitlist options may be offered. In rare cases where an item cannot be fulfilled after purchase, you will be contacted and issued a full refund.
